Next week’s episode will hear how filling up with diesel turned into a nightmare for some motorists, and about one man’s battle with the sat-nav systems that guide drivers to his home.

Journalist and presenter Lucy Owen was based at a X-Ray stand set up at the shopping centre to answer any questions shoppers may have had about their rights.

The show has been running for more than 20 years and visits the whole of Wales, meeting the public and offering support with any consumer issues they might be struggling with.
