YESTERDAY (December 10) saw athletes representing Abergele Harriers head to Telford for a high-quality 10k.
A number of North Wales’ finest runners toed the line, representing the region in a match against teams such as North England and the Midlands.

For the Harriers, Rachel Shipley ran a fine race, second home for North Wales and 11th in the regional competition in 37:38.
Also running for the Harriers was Darren Blazier, just more than a minute behind in 38:45.
The club’s only parkrun representative this week was Anthony Howe, who travelled to Sheffield for the Millhouses parkrun.
He finished in 198th place, in a time of 51:44.
