ANOTHER week and another race for Abergele Harriers’ Rachel Shipley; this time the hilly Oswestry 10k on October 15.
Rachel was running as part of a North Wales team which took on a Shropshire group within the event.

A time of 39.17 gave her an excellent 22nd place out of the 736 starters, and second lady overall.
Although Rachel was first home among the combined inter-region event, it wasn’t enough, as Shropshire took a narrow victory.
Meanwhile, Anthony Howe was the only Harrier in parkrun action this week, trail running the Nant y Pandy parkrun in 56.59 for 67th position.
