A UNIQUE music café in Dyserth owned by Jules Peters and her family has secured a five star food hygiene rating.
The Red, on Waterfall Road, was established nearly two years ago. The coffee shop and bar has quickly grown into a community hub that offers yoga, Pilates, the Red Breasts [a group for breast cancer survivors and patients] and very soon, Jules is hoping to create a space where people can come together to talk through grief; Jules and her boys Evan, 18, and Dylan, 21, lost husband and father Mike Peters, frontman of The Alarm, on April 29.
The venue hosts parties, music evenings, quizzes, and more, regularly attracting Alarm fans from across the globe.
Evan and Dylan are often spotted helping out behind the bar.
"We would like to thank our wonderful Red team who work so hard in the background. I would like to say a massive thank you to all our locals, all our wonderful customers, for supporting us through our grief. Personally, I couldn't have done it without The Red.

"We love that The Red has become a 'hwb' of the lower village of Dyserth, opposite the stunning waterfalls, and we love welcoming visitors from near and far.
"We have now added 'The Red Quiz' to Thursday nights, Friday night is all about the music and Saturday night is party night. Sundays provide a lovely chill out and we are now adding more yoga and Pilate classes to the Chapel studio next door."
Jules added: "The Red has been such a good medicine after losing our beloved Mike. We'd like to thank everyone for their kindness and coming in to pay their respects to Mike.
"It certainly takes a village.
"Here's to many more happy Red starry times ahead."
