An author, reiki practitioner and a crystal healer, she believes ‘everyone deserves to put themselves first”.

She said: “My mission is to help as many women as possible to live the life they desire.

“This event has been designed to honour world women’s health day to allow women to put themselves first.

“The more we focus on our own wellbeing and give ourselves time to be still, this will create a ripple effect in people’s wellbeing.”

Melanie Gizzi, owner of StudiOMG in Abergele, where the event will be held, said her mission is to help people “feel fab on the inside and out”.

Her focus is on holistic wellness, as a reiki master, beauty therapist, coach and educator.

She added: “Bringing women together to put their health first is so impactful. My aim is to help them recognise that self-care isn’t all bubble baths and nails, it’s a way of life.”

During this event, attendance will be given tools to help them feel rejuvenated, relax and rewind.

The event is also in association with Womanifest, and the profits from it will be given to Womanifest to help with their mission.

Womanifest is a non-profit community interest company, existing to help close the gender gap by inspiring, empowering, entertaining, educating and liberating.

Its festival is held in Cheshire this July. The mission for the festival is to inspire, empower, educate, entertain, and liberate woman and teenage girls.

The duo would like to invite the women of Abergele and surrounding areas to this one-off event , held from 10am until 12pm on April 26.
