A FAMILY in Abergele were shocked to find Storm Isha had brought them a trampoline on Monday morning (January 22).

The residents, who asked not to be named, said they woke on Monday to find a large trampoline had blown into their garden as a result of the strong winds brought by the storm.

Its owner has yet to come forward, leaving the family unsure as to how to dispose of it.

They said: “We were surprised to wake up to a large trampoline taking over the garden at 7am on Monday.

“The original owners of the trampoline are still unknown but amazingly it appears to have travelled through at least two gardens to get to us and luckily didn’t damage any of our fences or property.

“We are new to Abergele, so haven’t been in the house long. Fingers crossed it’s not a regular occurrence!

“Lots of people have been congratulating us on the free trampoline, but unfortunately, it’s a bit worse for wear after its travels.

“Now we are trying to figure out how to get rid of it as no-one’s come forward to claim it.”
