A MAN from Prestatyn has been sent back to prison after he breached his Domestic Violence Protection Order (DVPO).
Mark Hibbert, 48, of Hillside, was sentenced to two weeks’ imprisonment on November 6 at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court.
He admitted the breach on the same day.

The court heard that, on October 20, Hibbert was served with a DVPO, preventing him from contacting Clare O’Gorman directly or directly, or attending her address, for four weeks.
Hibbert breached this on November 4 when he was found to be in Ms O’Gorman’s company.
In August, Hibbert was jailed, also for two weeks, for breaching a previous DVPO by contacting Ms O’Gorman.
He was described as having a “flagrant disregard for court orders”.
