Lyons Holiday Parks said: “The very popular box office hit, Barbie, is coming to Lyons Robin Hood for its first ever outdoor cinema screening.

“Plus we have two other classic family favourites screening over August: Matilda the Musical, and The Greatest Showman.

“The waterhole will be open, and refreshments will be available, including popcorn.

“Picnics are allowed on the field, and we recommend bringing your own blanket/deckchair/camping chairs.

“Dogs are permitted.”

Tickets are available at reception and Sherwood's at Lyons Robin Hood now, for either £4 per person or a £25 family ticket.

The family ticket includes four cinema passes and fizzy drink cans, and two bags of popcorn.

You can also purchase tickets at the gate, while those staying at other Lyons parks besides Robin Hood are also welcome.

Initially released in cinemas in July, “Barbie”, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, has already surpassed the billion-dollar mark at the global box office.
