A MAN from Rhyl has been ordered to pay in excess of £200 after he was found guilty of failing to follow the community order imposed on him.
John White, 21, had been issued with such an order, regarding a monitored period of abstaining from consuming alcohol, by Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on May 6.
He was accused of failing to comply with this order, without having provided a reasonable excuse, on May 15.
Mr White admitted to this breach at Mold Magistrates’ Court on June 23.

He was fined £140, and ordered to pay further costs of £65.
This made a total of £205, to be paid in monthly, £50 instalments from June 30.
