A WOMAN is to pay costs and avoid alcohol after she was found guilty of obstructing a policeman and not providing police with specimens of her breath or blood in St Asaph.

Chantelle Kelly, 35, of Brittarge Brow, Liverpool, was accused of not providing either sample at St Asaph Custody on April 23, having been suspected of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

On the same date and at the same location, she was also accused of obstructing a constable acting in the execution of his duty.

Kelly pleaded guilty to all three offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on June 21.
