A DRIVER was treated for minor injuries after his car rolled over onto its roof.
The incident happened yesterday (Thursday) on an area known as the Abergele Straits, just after 4pm. Witnesses - writing on the A55 Traffic, Incidents, Information Facebook page – said they saw a black Corsa overturn after hitting a wall.
The man was taken to Glan Clwyd Hospital.
One Facebook user wrote: “It's a black Corsa, it's hit a wall and rolled on its roof blocking the road heading from both crossroads (roundabout).”
A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Services said: “We were called at shortly after 4.15pm to reports that a car had overturned on Rhuddlan Road, Abergele.
“We sent a crew in an emergency ambulance and a man was taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd with minor injuries.”
