PHIL PARKINSON praised the 'unbelievable' Wrexham supporters after making two long trips to watch his side in the space of four days.
The Reds beat Millwall 3-0 on Wednesday night in south east London to register a first Championship win of the season and were back on the road on Saturday, securing a goalless draw against unbeaten leaders Swansea City in the Welsh derby.
More than 1,000 fans made the journey down south for the clash with the Swans and Parkinson appreciated their efforts, with the game kicking off at 8pm and being shown live on television.
After clocking up the miles in the last week, the Reds' boss is looking forward to being back at The Racecourse tomorrow night when Burnley are the visitors but he recognised the effort made by the Red and White to attend back-to-back away matches just days apart.
"We can rest and recover now and get ready for a great night back at The Racecourse on Tuesday," said Parkinson.
"I'm sure our supporters are going to give the lads a great reception.
"Our supporters, the ones who came down, were absolutely unbelievable.
"Eight o'clock on a Saturday night after beating Millwall away on a Wednesday, how is that fair?
"Not just for us, we've come through it, but our supporters having to travel down and get back late on Wednesday and come again, the support was incredible and I'm looking forward to getting back out on the Racecourse on Tuesday."

Wrexham held to goalless draw at Championship leaders Swansea City
Following a first half which lacked goalmouth action, Wrexham had the better chances after the break to seal victory against Swansea with debutant Callum O'Hare firing narrowly wide before Max Cleworth was unable to steer Josh Windass' cross/shot on target from close range.
On that opportunity, Parkinson said: "It was unbelievable how that didn't end up in the back of the net really.
"The thing with Callum, he's always there. He's always there in the box in those moments and he was unlucky not to take his chance and it would had been a great story for us.
"It wasn't to be but the pain we had here conceding late goals last year with their only two shots on target, or one wasn't even a shot, that hurt us a lot and we've come here tonight and stood really strong as a team."
