North Wales Half Marathon saw Abergele Harriers Warren Brown and Sarah Brooks running excellently on Sunday.
Brown completed in an impressive 1.34.55, securing 52nd place among over 500 participants.
Meanwhile, Brooks took her time of 1.52.57 to finish 183rd, making her the 31st lady, and leading to a silver medal in the Championships for her age category.
On the following Thursday, Steven McCormack raced in Liverpool's Mystery Park 5k, finishing in just 19 minutes.
