CPD Y Rhyl 1879 have secured a shirt sponsorship deal ahead of their inaugural season.

The newly formed club, who will be playing at Belle Vue after the former Rhyl FC were wound-up due to financial issues, confirmed NWPS construction will be their first-ever home shirt sponsor for the upcoming NWCFA Tier 4 (East) Premier Division campaign.

Two other companies will also be displaying their logo on the black and white Adidas kit, with Cartrefi Conwy and PPDS pipeline plumbing and drainage specialists also lending their support.

The shirt is being supplied by Queensferry Sports and has been designed in keeping with the “footballing traditions” of the town.

It also features the brand new club badge which showcases their motto 'Ildiwn ni fyth' (We will never give up).

The club is looking to make an instant impression and looked primed for a title bid after a host of notable recruits during a busy summer of transfer activity.

Manager Gareth Thomas has used his vast connections across the region to bring in a good blend of youth and experience to the squad, which will stand them in tremendous stead ahead of what is going to be a hugely competitive Tier 4 league next season.

A CPD Y Rhyl 1879 spokesman, said: “A big thank you to all at NWPS construction, Cartrefi Conwy and PPDS pipeline plumbing & drainage specialists for supporting CPD Y Rhyl 1879 as we are delighted to partner with fellow local businesses as we start our exciting journey together.”
