COLWYN Bay have extended their kit deal with a leading Italian supplier for a further two seasons.

The JD Cymru North side are looking to mount a promotion push in their second campaign back in the Welsh domestic system during the upcoming campaign, and they will be supported once again by Kappa after an agreement was reached between the company and club.

This will see the Seagulls’ launch their new website and online shop in the coming weeks, which will see plenty of apparel available for purchase should fans wish.

Neil Coverley, director of football at Colwyn Bay FC, said: "I am absolutely delighted to have signed the agreement that will see the club tied in for a further two years to Italian sports giant Kappa.

"I am grateful to Joe Pilato, the sports marketing executive, for being very understanding and keen to really build a closer working relationship with us as we look to be very soon in a position to launch a new website and online shop, selling a wide variety of Kappa and club-branded apparel.

"These are exciting times for all concerned at the club and we are thrilled to have the backing of such a big name."

Craig Hogg’s side appears strong once again as they look to build on an eye-catching first season in the second-tier that resulted in a top-four finish.

More importantly, the Bay saw crowds surge at the Four Crosses Arena and the club become a more valued part of the community.

Their Academy system recently received a welcome boost in the form of Football Association of Wales accreditation, which is another step in the right direction for a club with big ambitions.
