Permission is not expected to be granted by the time of the hearing due to the coronavirus pandemic, with council meetings in shutdown until social distancing measures are relaxed by the UK government.

Much will depend on the FAW’s leniency regarding the current Covid-19 restrictions as to whether Town are successful with their appeal.
