TWO administrative positions have opened up for anyone wishing to become involved with the North Wales Coast Football Association next season.
The committee are welcoming applications for Competition Secretary and Discipline Secretary, with the new appointments scheduled to assume their respective positions in time for the 2020/21 campaign opener.
It is an exciting time to join the NWCFA, with the new Football Association of Wales criteria set to transform the landscape of football across the coast.
A number of Welsh Alliance sides are being forced into demotion due to their inability to meet the new requirements, with the likes of Kinmel Bay and Prestatyn Sports set fall under the NWCFA ruling once again following their initial rise through the pyramid.
The future of the current domestic season is very uncertain due to the coronavirus pandemic, with the current suspension of fixtures running until April 30.
This is set to be extended further in the coming days, leaving the leagues falling under NWCFA jurisdiction facing the prospect of a possible season cancellation.
Anyone wishing to apply for either role can do so by emailing NWCFA secretary Gareth Jones at rgarethjones@aol.com, and the closing date is June 1.
