PRESTATYN Town chairman Neal Colakoglu has issued an open letter to the club’s fan base outlining his places for the future.

The Huws Gray Alliance side changed ownership earlier this season and following a meeting with supporters, Colakoglu has revealed considerable plans to progress the Seasiders’ both on and off the field in the coming months.

He said: “It’s no secret that out goal next season is to get into the JD Welsh Premier League, but we also want Prestatyn Town to become a prime example of a football club where success is driven by the community.

“In order for the club to reach our goals, it is important that we are in it together. We already have the best fans around, and the new structure allows even more fluidity and togetherness between the first team, reserves and the academy.

“A short time ago, the club announced Leon Field and Martin Jones as co-general managers and they have been working hard behind the scenes putting in place a complete restructure that will change the way the club is run for the better.”

As part of the landmark changes, Laura Marsden and Nisey Dale have been appointed as events manager and sponsorship manager respectively, with the latter working with Field during a successful spell at Kinmel Bay.

Another significant appointment is that of Shanine Bruder, who will be working as part of the Town media team alongside Ryan Unsworth.

This will see the club’s presence and coverage increase considerably as part of the move, with Bruder boasting a degree in journalism and media studies.

The Academy structure will also see a notable addition in the form of Fill Circle Coaching, which is run by current player Oli Williams and will provide expert sessions to current youth members and during special events such as their upcoming Easter camp.
