RHYL supporters will get the chance to quiz the new management team at a special event this week.

The Lilywhites will be holding an open training session on Friday, June 29 from 7pm at their Bell Vue Stadium, which has been organised by club officials to give each supporter a greater understanding of the side’s ambitions ahead of the new season.

Those in attendance will get to see the new-look squad put through their paces as they continue preparations for the new Huws Gray Alliance campaign, where they are expected to challenge Bangor City and Airbus Broughton for promotion to the JD Welsh Premier League.

Following the session, a special question and answer session will take place in the Legends Lounge with director of football Eddie Maurice-Jones, who has already had a significant impact on all areas at the Lilies since making the move from second tier runners-up Denbigh Town.

Maurice-Jones has overseen a considerable squad over since joining the club, bringing in a host of new faces in a bid to improve the club’s fortunes during what will be there second season operating within the division.

First team manager Gareth Wilson, assistant Daniel Reese and coach Richard Williams-Cooke will also be on hand at the event, which will also see the loyal fan base meet new squad members.

Refreshments will be available in the form of a barbecue, and the bar will also be open throughout.
