RHYL Football Club has slashed season ticket prices ahead of the new Huws Gray Alliance season.

The Lilywhites have hosted students from the University of Chester throughout the summer as part of a work placement programme, who undertook market research on price levels and what measure they could take to boost attendances.

Based on the findings, the club have agreed to “radically review” the pricing structure from last season to make the season tickets more affordable.

The main adult price has reduced by nearly 50 per cent from the £85 standard price last season to a bargain price of £44.99 for adults.

This price will mean season ticket holders will pay just £3 per match, with concessions priced at £39.99 and under 16’s at £9.99.

There is a tremendous sense of expectation surrounding the second tier side following the high-profile acquisitions of Dave Norman, Eddie Maurice-Jones and Richard Williams-Cook to the management team, which has seen a huge number of new face arrive in the last fortnight as they go in search of promotion to the JD Welsh Premier League.

Managing Director Mike Jones, said: “There is a confidence amongst club supporters about the new signings made by the new Director of Football Eddie Maurice Jones over the last week, with good experienced players joining the club.

“We hope that the new price structures will encourage more people to look at the value of buying a season ticket for Rhyl and take advantage of this limited offer.”
