MORE than 140 girls and boys took part in what was the biggest primary school rugby festival Rhyl Rugby Club has hosted on Saturday (April 2).
Schools from Rhyl, Prestatyn, Dyserth, Bodelwyddan and Rhuddlan came together and showed some great skills, proving that there is plenty of rising stars out there.
Brian Hill, of Rhyl Rugby Club, added: “A massive thank you to all the teaching staff, referees, parents and most of all the young people that attended the festival.
“Look forward to inviting everyone for next year!”

“I think everyone feels that we will be glad to see the back of this year, and hope to get back to a full league programme in September.”
