ON WEDNESDAY, August 3, runners represented Abergele Harriers at the 2022 Caernarfon 10k and the North Wales Athletics Championships for that distance.

Cool, overcast conditions greeted runners from across North Wales as the final race of the Championship season got underway.

Racing with Caernarfon Castle over the River Seiont, for a clockwise running of the race, the 10k loop then took runners back along edge the Menai Straits as the sun set to the starting point.
