A SOFTWARE development company based in Rhyl has entered liquidation after members voted to wind up the business.
4SC Limited, which had been registered at Parc Gwelfor, Dyserth, passed a resolution for voluntary winding-up at a general meeting held on August 26.
According to notices published in The Gazette, members of the company agreed that the business should be wound up voluntarily.
Jamie Playford, of Leading UK, was appointed as liquidator.
4SC Limited was incorporated in December 1998 and operated in business and domestic software development - it had previously been called Custom Software Systems Limited.
One of the notices requires creditors to prove their debts on or before October 9.
A creditors' voluntary liquidation is a process used when directors believe a company can no longer pay its debts and should be wound up.
The appointment of liquidators allows the company's affairs to be brought to a close and its assets, if any remain, to be realised for the benefit of creditors.
Attempts were made to contact 4SC Limited for comment.
