Jonathan Brittain-Hughes, environmental crime manager at Denbighshire County Council, said: “This is another example of our officers being out in our communities and taking action against those responsible for fly-tipping.
“Fly-tipping is not simply about someone leaving a bag of rubbish behind.
"It affects the appearance of our communities, can cause environmental harm and creates additional work and costs to clean up waste that should never have been there in the first place.
“We want people to think twice before illegally disposing of waste. Our message is simple – dispose of your waste responsibly and don’t give it to someone unless you are satisfied that they are authorised to take it.”
The council encouraged residents to report fly-tipping when they see it and, where possible, provide information that could help officers identify those responsible.
