Fire crews tackle Kinmel Bay blaze for more than 90 minutes

A FIRE broke out in Kinmel Bay, the cause of which is unknown.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service was called to an incident on St Asaph Avenue on Wednesday night (August 19).

The stop was called almost two hours after the first report was made.

A fire service spokesperson said: "We received a call at 9.10pm last night (August 19) to reports of a fire in the Kinmel Bay area.

 "Firefighters from Abergele, Rhyl and St. Asaph attended the incident, and the stop was received at 10.56pm the same evening.

"The cause of the fire is unknown."
