A BAKING business in Rhyl is celebrating five years of creating cakes and bakes for the community.
Royle Bakes began from a passion for baking and a love of creating something special for others.
Before turning her hobby into a business, founder Debbie Hoyle was working full-time as a community fundraiser for a Welsh cancer charity, while baking alongside her day job.

After sharing her creations on Facebook, family and friends began asking for bespoke cakes and treats for their special occasions.
What started as a hobby quickly grew, with more people wanting to order homemade bakes for celebrations and events.
Eventually, Debbie made the decision to turn Royle Bakes into a full-time business.
This year has also seen Royle Bakes join a growing number of bakers offering their creations directly to customers, with a “bake shed” opening each weekend for people to pick up their favourite treats.

“I absolutely love my little business and creating cakes and bakes for all occasions each week,” Debbie said.
“I’m incredibly grateful for all of my loyal customers who have supported me along the way, and I always love welcoming new customers, too.
“I’m so proud to have my business based here in Rhyl, and I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Royle Bakes over the past five years.
“Whether you’ve ordered a celebration cake, picked up a treat from the bake shed, or simply shared my posts, your continued support means so much.
“I wouldn’t still be here without their support.”
