A MAN from Kinmel Bay is to be sentenced after he admitted engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
Marcus Catlin, 59, of Foryd Road, pleaded guilty to the charge at Mold Crown Court on Friday (May 29).
He had previously also admitted the following offences:
- Four counts of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
- Three counts of making an indecent photograph of a child.
- Two counts of failing to comply with sex offenders register notification requirements.
- Attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
Catlin was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order in 2020.
The defendant is remanded in custody until his sentencing hearing on Thursday, June 25.
A pre-sentence report will be compiled by the probation service on Catlin’s behalf.
