A MAJOR £350,000 renovation has been unveiled at a holiday park in Abergele, transforming its wellness and leisure offering as part of a wider investment into the guest experience.

Work began in January and has now been completed at the family-run Tan Rallt Holiday Park, which has been operated by Pario Holiday Parks since 2011.

Set against the backdrop of the North Wales countryside with panoramic hillside views stretching across the surrounding landscape, the newly renovated spaces have been carefully designed to create a calm, contemporary and luxurious retreat for both holidaymakers and owners.

The extensive renovation includes a complete transformation of The Retreat Spa and The Peak Studio Gym, alongside upgrades to The Cliffs Restaurant.

The investment has also introduced The View Bar, a new pet-friendly space designed for the growing number of guests travelling with their dogs.

The Retreat Spa now features elegant new interiors with warm earthy tones, bespoke lighting, heated relaxation loungers, a sauna and hydrotherapy facilities, creating a tranquil wellness-focused environment inspired by boutique spa destinations.

Meanwhile, The Peak Studio Gym has been fully modernised with premium new fitness equipment and dedicated wellness spaces, offering guests a refined health and fitness experience during their stay.

The investment forms part of Pario Holiday Parks’ continued commitment to enhancing its parks and facilities across North Wales, while remaining rooted in its family-run ethos and long-standing relationships with local businesses.

The renovation project was delivered alongside local builders and contractors who regularly work with the business across its holiday parks and developments, ensuring the investment also continued to support the regional economy and trusted local suppliers.

The upgraded spaces are open to Tan Rallt holiday guests and owners, as well as owners from sister park Bryn Defaid Holiday Park.

Pario Holiday Parks currently operates four sites across North Wales and has been welcoming guests to the region for more than 20 years.

Known for combining scenic locations with high-quality accommodation and facilities, the business continues to invest significantly across its parks as staycations and wellness-led breaks continue to grow in popularity.

Holiday homes and caravans at Tan Rallt are available to purchase from £14,995, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the park’s luxury facilities and countryside setting year-round.

Rio Williams, Group Director at Pario Holiday Parks, explained: “This investment was about creating spaces that genuinely reflect the quality, comfort and atmosphere we want our guests to experience when they stay with us at Tan Rallt.

“We wanted the spa, gym and restaurant spaces to feel luxurious, welcoming and calming whilst still sitting naturally within the beautiful North Wales surroundings that make this park so special.

Samantha Williams, Director at Pario Holiday Parks, added: “As a family-run business, it was incredibly important to us that the project remained family-led and that we continued working with local builders and contractors we know and trust. Supporting local businesses has always been a huge part of who we are.
