FOOTAGE has been shared documenting some of Tristan Roberts' movements on the night the Prestatyn teenager murdered his mother, Angela Shellis.
This has been provided by North Wales Police, who have also shared an excerpt from one of Roberts' custody interviews.
Roberts, 18, of Coniston Drive, Prestatyn, was ordered to serve a minimum term of imprisonment of 22-and-a-half years, at Mold Crown Court today (March 25), having admitted murder last month.
Ms Shellis, 45, was killed by her son in the Morfa area of Prestatyn in the early hours of October 24, 2025.

Ring doorbell footage from a neighbour's home on Coniston Drive showed Roberts and Ms Shellis leaving their house together at 3.19am on October 24.
Ms Shellis, who was walking with the aid of a crutch due to a knee injury, had been attacked and kept prisoner by Roberts in her bedroom that evening prior to this - he had recorded that on a Dictaphone.
They left their home together after Roberts convinced Ms Shellis someone would offer her medical assistance at a pub.
They were then seen crossing the Sandy Lane level crossing 10 minutes later, enroute to the Morfa area, which was the scene of the murder.
At that time, Roberts was carrying a rucksack containing the murder weapon; a hammer he had purchased not long ago.
Two hours later, at 5.35am, Roberts was captured on CCTV walking back home via the Sandy Lane level crossing, this time without Ms Shellis.
His neighbour's Ring doorbell then showed him leaving his home again at 6.26am, walking back towards the Morfa area with a carrier bag in his hand.
It is believed that the carrier bag contained bleach and other fluids, which he intended to use to forensically clean the murder scene.
Roberts was interviewed in custody nine times across a four-day period, following his arrest at his home at 1.20pm on October 24.
He answered "no comment" to every question asked of him.
