ON this day in 2025, Timpson closed its store in the White Rose Shopping Centre located in Rhyl.
The well-known chain, famed for its array of services including car key and electronic device repairs, dry cleaning, key cutting, and passport and ID photos, ceased trading at its unit in Rhyl last year.
The news came as part of a broader trend, as various stores had previously closed at the shopping centre.

Previously, popular chains such as New Look, Iceland, Superdrug, and Three had vacated their locations at the White Rose Centre.
Timpson had been approached for further comment regarding why it chose to vacate its store at the White Rose Centre.
As the retail landscape in the White Rose Centre continues to shift, several stores still remain operational. Names such as JD Sports, Poundland, and Boots continue to serve shoppers within the centre.
