ARE you spending New Year’s Eve at home this year? With the start of a new year on its way, so is Jools Holland and his iconic Annual Hootenanny.

The musician will be joined by his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra as well as some famous faces to welcome the start of 2026.

From the celebrity guests to how you can tune in to watch it, here’s what you need to know ahead of New Year’s Eve.

Who is on Jools’ Annual Hootenanny 2025?

Jools Holland will be joined by Ronnie Wood, Olivia Dean, Lulu and Jessie J.

It’s been a big year for the guests as legendary Rolling Stone guitarist Ronnie Wood recently celebrated his 60-year career in music and Olivia Dean has broken chart records with songs from her second album, The Art of Loving.

As he counts down the seconds to 2026, Craig David, Heather Small, The Kooks, Imelda May, Joe Webb, David Hermlin and Ruby Turner will also join him.

The Pipes and Drums of the 1st Battalion Scots Guards will play as we make the transition into 2026.

Jools Holland to perform covers with Annual Hootenanny stars

The musicians will play some of their own songs but viewers can expect them to perform covers with Holland too.

Here are the songs you can expect to see performed during the show:

  • Ronnie Wood – songs from his recent anthology Fearless
  • Olivia Dean – songs from her second album, The Art of Loving, and a cover with Jools - Natalie Cole’s 1975 debut hit This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)
  • Lulu - David Bowie’s The Man Who Sold The World and Relight My Fire by Take That
  • Jessie J – Living My Best Life from her sixth album alongside Jools as well as a Frank Sinatra classic together
  • Heather Small - Moving On Up and Search for the Hero by M People (both to be performed with Jools)
  • The Kooks – Some songs from their debut album and a new song from their recent album Never/Know
  • Imelda May - Billie Holiday’s Now or Never with Jools and his band along with some other songs
  • Joe Webb – unique duet with Jools at the piano
  • David Hermlin – His version of Louis Armstrong standard Jeepers Creepers
