A SECTION of road in Kinmel Bay is closed this morning to allow repair work to be carried out.
North Wales Police say the bottom section of Cader Avenue towards the primary school is currently closed while Scottish Power carry out work to a post and cables
The advice to motorists is to please avoid the area to enable them to make it safe.
