What Gwrych Castle has planned for families this Christmas!

The Gwrych Castle Christmas Adventure, running until December 23, offers an immersive seasonal experience throughout the historic castle and its grounds, complete with live shows, character encounters, and hands-on activities.

A spokesperson for the Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust said: "Step into a world of festive magic and wonder at Gwrych Castle this Christmas. This immersive experience invites families to journey through the castle and its grounds, meeting beloved Christmas characters along the way."

Highlights of the Christmas Adventure:

The Elf Show

The adventure begins with a lively, interactive Elf Show at the shop stage—packed with music, laughter, and festive fun for all ages.

Letters to Father Christmas with Mrs Mary Christmas

Inside the castle’s grand dining room, Mrs Mary Christmas helps youngsters craft their own letters to Santa while sharing stories from the North Pole and insights into Christmas Eve preparations.

Reindeer Food Making

Children can make a special blend of magical reindeer food to take home, meet friendly “reindeer,” and capture festive family photos.

Christmas Trail

A woodland walk through the castle’s enchanting grounds leads visitors along a festive trail filled with surprises, activities, and a holiday scavenger hunt.

Meet Father Christmas

The experience culminates in a visit to Father Christmas in his beautifully decorated grotto. Each child receives a personal chat, the chance to share their wishes, and a small gift to take home.

Grinch’s Grotto

The Grinch has made an uninvited appearance - and he's not too pleased about it. Families can enjoy a fun photo opportunity.

Also running at the I’m A Celebrity castle until December 23 is Gwrych Castle Christmas Nights, a separate evening experience.

A trust spokesperson said: "This journey through the castle and its grounds, enjoying the beautiful lights and settings is sure to add magic to your Christmas."
