On this day in 2024, Pario Leisure Group announced its acquisition of Gimblet Rock Holiday Park in Pwllheli.

The group, which already operated Marine Holiday Park in Rhyl, Tan Rallt Holiday Park & Spa in Abergele, and Bryn Defaid Holiday Park in Llysfaen, Colwyn Bay, expressed excitement about the new addition.

A statement on Facebook from Pario Leisure Group said: "We are thrilled to announce that Gimblet Rock Holiday Park has joined Pario Leisure Group.

"Gimblet Rock Holiday Park is situated in Pwhelli on the Llyn Peninsula, and has stunning views across the sea towards both Snowdonia and St Tudwal’s Island.

"We are looking forward to meeting all of the holiday home owners and welcoming the team to join our family business.

"We’re now looking forward to a great season across all four holiday parks: Marine Holiday Park, Tan Rallt Holiday Park & Spa, Bryn Defaid Holiday Park and Gimblet Rock Holiday Park.
