A MAN was arrested in Rhyl town centre on suspicion of drug-driving yesterday (June 9) after a vehicle was stopped by officers.
The man was also arrested at the scene for driving while disqualified and having no insurance.
Having tested positive for cannabis on the roadside, he was taken to custody, where blood tests were carried out.

He has since been released under investigation as police await the results of those tests.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “Penalties for drug-driving are the same for drink-driving.
“If convicted, you will face: a minimum 12-month driving ban, a criminal record, and a hefty fine or up to six months in prison (or both).”
