A MAN who was wanted on recall to prison while believed to have been in the Rhyl area has been located and taken to custody.
Last week, North Wales Police issued an appeal for help finding Stephen Austin Atkins, 27, who was also said to have links to Holywell, Flint and the surrounding areas.

In an update this morning (May 21), police confirmed that he has now been found.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “Further to our appeal regarding the whereabouts of Stephen Atkins, we are pleased to report that he is now in custody.”
