EMERGENCY services are in attendance at a fire at a building in Colwyn Bay.
Fire crews are at the blaze, on Abergele Road, which has seen the area cordoned off.
They have warned people to avoid the area while crews tackle the fire.
Firefighters could be seen smashing the windows of The Pavilion pub in the centre of Colwyn Bay, but it is unclear what the cause was.
Police are also in attendance.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Crews are currently in attendance at a building fire on Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay.
"Please keep away from the area while firefighters tackle the fire."
