A CAR sales and car wash site in Rhyl is set to be sold at auction later this month.
The LL Car Sales forecourt, at 154 Vale Road, will go to online auction with SDL Property Auctions on March 27.
Described as a site with “potential for a variety of different uses”, subject to planning, the site has a guide price of £150,000.
Extending to some 0.25 acres, it presently operates as a car sales lot and car wash.

The property’s listing with SDL Property Auctions states: “The site is located on the fringe of Rhyl town centre, fronting Vale Road which is one of the main arterial routes into the town centre.
“There is a good mix of both commercial and residential properties in the surrounding area, providing a selection of amenities.
“There are strong transport links nearby including convenient road links, regular bus services and train services operate from Rhyl station, less than a mile away.”
The auction will commence at 9am on March 27, with registration for bidding to close at 5pm the day before.
