AN inquest has been opened into the death of a man who fell from a ferry near Liverpool.
Peter Foden, of Fairfield Avenue in Rhyl, was found in the sea by search teams 10 miles from Crosby on the morning of January 20.
At Ruthin County Hall today (Monday, January 29), an inquest was opened into the death of the 44-year-old.
The inquest heard that Mr Foden was reported missing on January 17.
A provisional cause of death was hypothermia due to drowning.
Senior Coroner for North Wales, John Gittins adjourned the inquest until a later date.
