A MAN has been charged with manslaughter in connection with a death on railway tracks in Prestatyn 18 months ago.
Patrick Kennedy, 48, of no fixed address, has been charged with manslaughter following the death of Keith Ford, aged 40, on July 13, 2022.
He is due to appear at Llandudno Magistrates Court on January 10.
British Transport Police was called to the line close to Prestatyn Golf Club at 5.10pm on July 13, 2022 following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
Officers and colleagues from the ambulance service attended, but Mr Ford was pronounced dead at the scene.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: "His family are being supported by our specially trained family liaison officers and have asked for privacy at this time."
