POLICE are investigaing an incident involving a man and woman in Colwyn Bay.
North Wales Police said the alleged incident occurred on Abergele Road near the former Pavillion Public House between 2am and 3am on December 23.
A spokesperson said: "We are appealing for witnesses, including from anyone who was walking in the area around that time or from anyone who was driving along Abergele Road who may also have dash cam footage.
"If you saw anything please contact us on 101 quoting reference A200675 23001309004."
