IT'S OFFICIALLY time to wrap up warm in North Wales with Christmas looming and the freezing weather showing no signs of slowing down.
The Met Office is again predicting some very low temperatures throughout the region over the weekend of December 1 to 3.
Today (December 1), after a frosty start, most of Wales will have a dry day with some winter sunshine once any early freezing fog clears.
Wintry showers may clip Anglesey at times and it will be feeling cold (Max. temperature of 4°) but winds will 'stay very light', according to the experts.
Tonight, temperatures will 'quickly drop below freezing' with a sharp frost developing inland and a minimum temperature of -7 ° in some places.
Tomorrow (Saturday, December 2), there is expected to be freezing fog patches in places at first.
Otherwise, the Met Office says there will be sunny spells for some but wintry showers are possible in the west, pushing east later.
It will be cold once more with a maximum temperature of 6 °C.
