THE FORMER site of an American-style diner on Rhyl’s seafront has gone on the market.
The old All American Big'n'Beefy Burger Co. building, at 34-35 West Parade, was home to the business for several years until its closure during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Described as a “substantial” property, the site also boasts four apartments, made up of two three- and two-bedroom flats which are let out.
