A MAN who had suffered from asthma was found dead at his home in Kinmel Bay.
Peter Welsby, of Maesgwyn, died aged 44 at his address on August 5, 2022.
At the opening of the inquest into his death, held in Ruthin today (August 15), it was heard that he was pronounced dead at roughly 10.15am by a paramedic.

Mr Welsby, originally from Warrington and unemployed at the time of his death, was formally identified by his sister.
A post-mortem examination, undertaken by Dr Huyen Abdel Salam, provided a provisional cause of death of bilateral pneumonia, contributed to by fatty liver and history of asthma.
Kate Robertson, assistant coroner for North Wales East and Central, adjourned the inquest to a date to be fixed.
