Christine Galloway

Galloway, 68, of Llys Gwynant, Rhyl, was jailed after she admitted defrauding customers of nearly £350,000 while in charge of a motorhome company in Scotland.

She had initially pleaded not guilty, but then admitted the charge at a later hearing.

Ross, 44, of Brynhyfryd Avenue, Rhyl, inflicted a “planned” attack on a taxi driver.

He was found guilty after trial of both assault and criminal damage to property on May 30.

Adrian Fitzgerald

Fitzgerald, 60, of no fixed abode, was jailed after exposing himself in front of a teenage girl in Rhyl days after being released from prison.

He had pleaded guilty to both exposure and to breaching his sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) on June 6.

Curtis Kingsbury

Kingsbury, 35, of Severn Road, Colwyn Bay, was jailed after strangling and assaulting his then-partner in Abergele in the view of their children.

He was also handed a restraining order, having pleaded guilty to charges of assault by beating and intentional strangulation.

Malcolm Jones

Jones, 48, of Glanrafon, Trefriw, was jailed after committing sexual offences which involved two child victims in the 1990s.

He pleaded guilty to six charges of sexual offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on May 10.

Moore, 31, of Plas Llwyd Terrace, Bangor, pulled a knife out at a person he then threatened to kill.

He told Barnabas Nzemeke: “I will f***ing kill you, you f***ing p****.”

Westgarth, 30, of Heol Gwernallt in Coedpoeth, held his partner in a headlock before trying to throw her out of their Gwynedd caravan.

He had previously admitted two counts of intentional strangulation, one of assault by beating and one of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Thomas Cato

Cato, 34, of Bristol House, Smithfield Street, Dolgellau, was sentenced to 11 years’ imprisonment for rape.

In addition, he was made the subject of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO), must register as a sex offender for life, and was handed an indefinite restraining order against the victim.

Emrys Roberts

Roberts, 61, of Llys Adda, Bangor, was jailed after he admitted causing the death of an elderly woman while driving her to hospital in an ambulance.

He was transporting Janet Winspear, 76, to Dolgellau and Barmouth District Hospital on April 8, 2021 when the ambulance was involved in a crash on the A470.

Wilkinson, 26, of Bryn Garth, Denbigh, left his former partner "genuinely fearing" for her life during an attack.

He previously pleaded guilty to charges of actual bodily harm and driving while disqualified on May 16, having initially denied the charges.

Jones, 28, of Crispin Lane, Wrexham, caused the death of a 22-year-old from Prestatyn by driving dangerously.

Jack Daniel Elden Chahal, Jones' best friend, died on April 17, 2022 after the crash on the A548 that morning.
