LIVERPUDLIAN comic Crissy Rock performed on two successive evenings to sell-out crowds at a pub in Towyn last week.

The comedian, who is also a bestselling author and an award-winning actress, enthralled crowds at Morton Arms, on Sandbank Road, on the evenings of June 22 and 23.

Known for her roles as Maggie Conlan in “Ladybird, Ladybird” and Janey York in “Benidorm”, Crissy also appeared in the 2011 series of “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!”, and has starred in various pantomimes and stage shows.

Her show was followed by a debut performance at Morton Arms from drag act Sheela Vim.

“Chrissy Rock and Sheela Vim also said what brilliant nights they were; we look forward to welcoming them both back in the future.

“We would like to thank them both for their great performances, and also a massive thank you to all of our customers for their continued support.

“A massive thank you to all of our extremely hard-working staff, managers, and especially DJ Daz for making the nights an absolute success.”

Morton Arms, which has hosted Crissy previously, re-opened on March 31, having been closed since November 30, 2022 while it underwent a revamp.
