A young rugby player from Rhyl impressed in his first appearances for Wales Under-19s.
Patrick Nelson, who plays for Rhyl & District RFC, made his Wales Under-19 debut in a 24—34 loss to Italy on Wednesday, 12 April.
The young star made an immediate impression, scoring his first try to round off a strong performance.

He then made his second appearance yesterday (April 16), also against Italy, in a 26-52 defeat.
With a final game against England coming up, there are hopes he will again be selected.
A Rhyl & District RFC spokesperson praised the player, saying: “Congratulations to Patrick Nelson for his two appearances for Wales U19s this week vs Italy.
“Fingers crossed he will be in the squad for the final game vs England on Saturday.”
