A POPULAR beauty salon in Rhyl has moved to a new premises, and celebrated its opening yesterday (April 4).
Kirsty Wilson Brow and Beauty Clinic had been located at 4a Bedford Street for the past year, but has moved down the road to the larger 28 Bedford Street site.
Coincidentally, both stores were opened on April 4, and a new salon, BEAU, has taken over Kirst’s old shop.
Kirst has been lashing for four years, having started in her back garden before opening the original store.
She said she is currently training for something ‘exciting’, having already passed a semi-permanent eyebrow course a year ago.

“Never did I ever think it would take off like it did, I’m forever grateful for my clients,” Kirst told the Journal.
“I started in a shed in my back garden, then needed somewhere bigger to progress further in my career.
“I’m currently training for something exciting and generally needed the extra space – I’m so excited.”
Kirst said yesterday’s opening went ‘great’, but is still without a sign outside the shop.
She added: “It was great – the shop isn’t completely finished yet.
“After a week it will feel like home.”
