Illegal encampment in Pensarn set to face eviction order
Conwy County Borough Council said last week that the relevant legal processes were underway to seek a court-imposed eviction order.
At Llandudno Magistrates Court yesterday (March 27), the order was secured.
Though, the council said the encampment had already left by the time bailiffs attended this morning.
A council spokesperson said: “Conwy County Borough Council secured a removal order at the Magistrates Court yesterday.
“Bailiffs attended this morning, but the occupier left of their own volition.”
