Dr Davies said: “£30m of funding is available through the North Wales Growth Deal for exciting projects which will transform our region.
“I know that North Wales has a huge amount to contribute to the UK economy.
"We have a world class tourism offer, potential for low carbon energy, space to build much needed housing and business premises, and a thriving agriculture and food producing sector.
“But we can always do more and this funding will help those sectors grow and bring more jobs and property to the region.
“Ambition North Wales is looking for innovative and transformational ideas for tourism, agrifood, land and property and low carbon.
“I am confident that there are many projects in the Vale of Clwyd which would benefit hugely from this funding, and I therefore encourage them to visit ambitionnorth.wales to find out more and to apply for funding to realise their ambitions.”
